Wondrous hours and days were spent playing with this some twenty odd years ago. It was my nephew's and probably one of the best devices to get his creative energies flowing.

Finally got one again via e-bay. No black crayon came with it but I'm finding an almost dry Deco Blue art marker works nicer and scans better. (Easier to wipe out the blue-muck like using no-repro blue.)

(A fresh marker was just too "wet"and wanted to bleed into the paper too much.)

Man, does that bring back the memories, eh?
That's a brilliant idea to ink a pic made using this wonderfull toy!
I'll sure bring back mine and use it that way with my nephews; they like to ink heroes and monsters stuff and those provide excellent models!
